We Currently run our business out of Arizona, but partner with 2 California Breeders. While deliveries can be made in Arizona, pick up is available in the East Bay Area of California in some cases. However delivery there is not usually available unless you're on the Bart System.
Certain Reptiles are legal to be shipped and some are not. If you are nearby, we will make every attempt to arrange pick up or delivery of your purchased animals. However, if shipping is the only means, we do have policies that must be followed to insure the safety of your animals, and also that of the delivery service personnel that carries it.
1. We will NOT ship to a Post Office Box. Someone MUST be on the other end to recieve your package IMMEDIATELY, these are not toys, they are living, breathing, feeling Creatures. Sitting in a small container with little air, just isn't my idea of responsible pet ownership. 2. Weather Conditions must be suitable for your shipment to arrive in good health. While during Summer we can use cold packs, and in Winter we can use heat packs, there are extreme weather conditions that we just WON'T ship in. Snow, Extreme Heat, etc. Just won't happen, sorry. 3. It is Stressful to ship live snakes, please contact me through email to arrange alternatives. I have many contacts in several States which may be able to deliver directly to you, or we will try to find another way.
We go to many Reptile Expos, and smaller Reptiles Shows in several States. Let me know in Advance of your order preference and I can bring it to the show with me and save us both an extra trip.
All of our Reptiles are sold in good health. We will NOT sell an animal that shows any signs of illness, as well as NOT selling Non-Feeders (Unless specified as a clearance), all Snakes will be eating on their own or they will not be re-homed until they are doing so repeatedly. When we Deliver, Pick up, Or Sell from a Show, if your animal shows signs that concern you, contact me IMMEDIATELY!!! And I will tend to your animal or replace it. (See our Disclaimer) This is done on an exchange basis only, you must give me the original animal to recieve another in it's place. THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS!!! 1. If your lose your animal that's not my fault. Feel free to buy more animals and be irresponsible...from someone else, not me. 2. If you don't like your animal then rehome it or return it to me. NO REFUNDS 3. If you're afraid of your animal then you're a Moron who shouldn't buy reptiles to begin with. Next time please "look" at the pretty animals and leave your wallet at home. 4. If you don't know how to care for your animal properly, contact me IMMEDIATELY and I will give you Care Info and help you adjust. 5. Finally, if your Wife said NO reptiles in the house.....grow some balls or move out with your reptile!!!. (This is exactly why I don't sell to Minors without a Parent)
DISCLAIMER: If a Snake that you've purchased from us should die due to natural health related causes (within 24 hours), we will replace the Snake at no additional cost to you! If we don't have a comparable Snake available, we will credit you 100% for the purchase price of the Snake that you can use towards another Snake we have available. This guarantee however is null and void if the result of death was due to negligence, improper handling, poor husbandry related practices, failure to properly care for the Snake while in your care thus resulting in an outcome that could have been avoided, etc. Our guarantee will only apply if the cause of death was natural and not a direct result of something that happened to the Snake while it was in your care.
ABOUT "HETS" If you purchase a snake that is heterozygous (hetero)(het) for a particular trait, the snake you receive will not look like the recessive trait with the higher price. For example, an amelanistic corn is shades of red with red eyes, but a het for amelanistic is only carrying the hidden gene for producing amelanistic corns. The het in this case will look somewhat like a normal corn with shades of black, brown and tan with dark eyes. When the het amelanistic is bred to another het amelanistic with the same genes or with the homozygous amelanistic, you will get some amelanistics from that breeding. In the case of breeding the same het you will get approximately 25% amelanistics. If you breed the het with an amelanistic, you will get approximately 50% amelanistics.
We are Currently working on getting Certified for Shipping.....We have other options we can use until then.
